Description:
This is a Non-Smoking Apartment
Casa Marzia is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that handsomely melds the classic and tastefully rustic with modernity. The recently renovated apartment showcases beautiful stone walls and traditional Chestnut beams and wooden shutters harvested from nearby forests. The apartment’s spacious living area has an open-floor-plan with a traditional Tuscan corner fireplace.  The charming room is flooded with natural light from three enormous windows that frame the gorgeous views of nearby gardens, the bridge and the mountains.

The main room is elegantly furnished with an expansive and comfortable white leather sofa and sleek glass coffee table facing the TV and entertainment center. The dining area features a sideboard and a classic table with eight upholstered chairs. Gold framed pastoral oil paintings decorate the dining area’s stone walls. The well equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances; including an oven, stove top burners, a large refrigerator, a  dishwasher, coffee machine and caffettiera (French Press coffee maker), toaster, etc. along with ample cookware, dishware and glassware. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a walk-in hydro-massage shower.

Both sleeping areas are situated upstairs on the mezzanine level. This floor features charming chalet-style windows, stone arches, and beautiful local Chestnut wooden beams along with a traditional brick ceiling. The 1st bedroom has a Queen size bed and a TV. There is a ‘Large Double’ sofa-bed in the 2nd loft bedroom area. Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished with end tables and reading lamps and a bedroom chair. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower and clothes washing machine.

Casa Marzia is one of two available apartments both situated in the same Palazzo. It is centrally located in the charmingly traditional village of Santa Fiora. The Palazzo sits just outside the arched gateway that leads beneath the Sforza-Cesarini palace to Piazza Garibaldi, the heart and central meeting place of the town. In the same palazzo, at the street level you will find a grocery store and deli, a beautician and, a few steps away, the post office, a bar and several delicious restaurants. *If needed, the property has complimentary and secure private parking (at our other property nearby). Included in the rental are linens (towels, sheets and bedding) hand soap and basic provisions such as tea, sugar, spices and olive oil.

*‘Package Price’ of $5, 750 per week including Private Driver
