Our Piazza Navona Terrace is an exclusive apartment in the ancient and vibrant center of Rome. Wonderfully situated just steps from Piazza Navona, beside the Piazza della Chiesa Nuova, the apartment is near the main tourist attractions as well as typical Roman bars and restaurants. Upon entering this apartment your amazement grows as you ascend upward; first to the living area then on to the top floor’s amazing kitchen and charming plant-filled terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of Rome!
After entering this historic building one takes the modern elevator up to the fourth floor. On the apartment’s entry level is a pleasant room that can be used as a small second bedroom and /or a well outfitted office. This light and quiet room is stylishly furnished with an excellent quality convertible double sleep sofa, a desk and red leather office chair. From here, you ascend a flight of stairs to the main floor with its open-floor-plan living room, dining area and private bedroom wing. From this main floor you ascend the handsome stairway to the kitchen and the apartment’s ‘Pièce de Résistance’ … it’s charming, plant filled terrace!
The apartment’s interior design is contemporary and features many masterpieces of art and modern design … in fresh contrast to the ancient age of the well-kept XVI century building and the city of Rome. The views from the many windows are astonishing as well as the way the natural light enters the apartment’s interior from dawn to dusk.
On the main level, the apartment’s light filled open-floor-plan is both airy and artistic. The living room’s L shaped sofa offers a comfortable and cozy sitting area. There is a large screen TV facing the two sofas. To the left of the living room is a dining area with a modern glass dining table and chairs. On this same level the peaceful bedroom wing is furnished with a Queen-size bed, beautiful linens, nice art and a TV. The bedroom is further enhanced by having its own private terrace that overlooks the famous Piazza della Chiesa Nuova. There is an ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom with a toilet, bidet, sink & mirror.
The astonishing kitchen (even if you don’t cook!) is at the top level and opens directly on to the beautiful terrace. The kitchen is a work of art in itself … and is of course well equipped with top quality appliances, cookware, dishware and glassware.
