The owner of the apartment Michele, is an artist and architect, designed and coordinated the renovation of the apartment herself. Completely restructured, it is filled with carefully-sourced vintage pieces that have been refurbished in a modern aesthetic. The exposed brick wall frames an incredible view from the chic livingroom through the dining area, and beyond, the rooftops of via Margutta.

We wanted to let you know that we had an amazing week in Rome. It was a great week to go -not too crowded and we got very lucky with the weather. It was in the 50s-60s every day and we only had about one hour of rain the entire week! The apartment and the location were fabulous! We spent the whole week walking the city with one day trip to Tivoli.
Many thanks for your help. We are looking forward to planning another trip next year, and considering Madrid, Copenhagen, Prague, Croatia, Berlin and Vienna among others.

My husband and I and our children (19 & 21 yrs.) want to sincerely thank you for your help in securing the Spanish Steps apartment in Rome. We had a wonderful time exploring the city from such a vibrant and centrally located apartment. It was absolutely lovely, spacious, light, comfortable, all the conveniences we could ask for.
We hope to return to Italy someday and will hopefully keep exploring other sites too.
