Description:
This is a Non-Smoking Apartment.
Our Marché Richard Lenoir apartment is a bright and spacious four-bedroom 2153 sq. ft. Paris vacation rental located on its very own floor of an elegant Haussmann building. This is the ideal rental flat for a family or group seeking to experience life as true Parisians and is located in an authentic Parisian neighborhood, only a short walk from the charming and hip Canal St. Martin; the trendy northern Marais; the tree-lined Boulevard Richard Lenoir with its famous food markets; and the blossoming restaurant scene of Parmentier, Oberkampf, and Bastille.

As the elevator opens, you are welcomed into the property through its massive double doors. The apartment spans the entire floor, providing the type of privacy rarely experienced in typical Parisian apartment buildings. You will be struck by the sheer size of the main living space, which includes two comfortable seating areas with modern furnishings and a large dining room table. The north-facing balcony spans the entire length of the apartment, providing an inviting space to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine as you admire the Parisian rooftops and the white peaks of the Sacré Coeur. To the right of the entrance, you will find the sunlit eat-in kitchen. Fully equipped with all the modern amenities required for preparing your own French gourmet meal, the kitchen also offers a small, south-facing balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning sunlight.

To the left of the main entrance you will find the hall leading to the apartment’s charming bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom to your left offers a double bed, a lovely study alcove, and an en-suite bathroom with rainshower and double sinks. The second bedroom to your left is a spacious room equipped with a queen bed and decorated with Scandinavian touches. Two sets of French doors open onto a private balcony. The first bedroom to the right, decorated in rosy hues, is also equipped with a queen size bed and has double-pane French doors leading out on to the main balcony.

Finally, the second bedroom to the right is considered the Master Bedroom because it offers a comfortable king bed, a decorative marble fireplace, and access to the main balcony. However, it is similar in size to the bedrooms with queen beds, and with the smallest room offering the en-suite bathroom, you could truly pick any room as your Master Bedroom. Three of the bedrooms share the second bathroom, which has a rainshower and double sinks and is accessible from the hall. Two separate WCs are located close to these bedrooms, just at the end of the hall.

With its mix of traditional French character (herringbone parquet, detailed crown molding, large French windows), eclectic style, and modern amenities, this is the ideal vacation rental for a family or group seeking to experience life as true Parisians. As you explore the district you will discover it to be socially and culturally diverse, which is why many Parisians flock here for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Minutes from your vacation rental, you will find Bastille, Bastille Market, Bastille Opera House, République Square, Musée Picasso, Canal St. Martin, Musée Edith Piaf, and the Père Lachaise Cemetery, the largest cemetery in Paris and resting place of many who have enriched and contributed to French life.
