The Parc Royal is a chic and modern space, ideally located at the end of a charming passageway, close to the center of the Marais yet extremely tranquil and calm. This newly renovated three bedroom flat has a lovely outdoor dining spot and pretty little planted area; it’s the perfect place to start the day with coffee and croissants, or have an afternoon glass of wine with some local French cheese and paté.
You will feel right at home with the sleek lines, high ceilings, exposed stone, filtered light, wood floors, comfortable furniture, and calming white walls.
The spacious main level of the apartment, overlooking the potted flowers and plants is the ideal space for dinner parties and gatherings with its large inviting reception area.

You will find the fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and living room along with a WC on this level.
Down the stairs to the lower level are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in tile and stone.
The master bedroom suite with its’ new comfy queen bed and linen or cotton sheets has a glass ceiling to let in light and ambiance. The bedroom is very quiet and for privacy there is a custom electric curtain. This original space is open to the master bathroom newly renovated with beige tile (the toilet does have a door). There are bookshelves and a chair located in the space between the bedroom and the bathroom providing separation and space as well as privacy.
The en-suite master bath has a porcelain bathtub and rain shower along with towel warmers and a double sink. The toilet is separate and private.
All of this is privately contained within the spacious (for French standards) master suite.
The second bedroom also has a new queen bed, linen or cotton sheets, commode for clothes, and reading lights on each side of the bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds providing the perfect sleeping space for siblings or friends traveling together.
The second and third bedrooms share a newly renovated tiled bathroom that has a rain shower, double sinks and towel warmer. It is is conveniently located by both bedrooms and has ample storage for toiletries and accessories. There is a separate toilet that is shared with both bedrooms off of the same hallway, but not connected. The toilet and the bathroom can be used independently of one another.
Natural light filters in through high up windows in two of the bedrooms and the master bedroom with it’s glass ceiling is a lovely relaxing space.
The Parc Royal apartment is the perfect spot to explore the Marais, and all of central Paris on foot. You are easy walking distance to the Place des Vosges, the rue de Bretagne market street, the Marché des Enfants Rouge and the Picasso Museum. Close by you will find the Bastille, Seine river, Ile de la Cité, all of the Marais and central Paris. Every effort has been made to make this stylish flat a luxurious home away from home.
Please note: This flat remains a comfortable temperature, even in a rare a heat wave. Nevertheless, if needed two portable Air Conditioning units can be set up on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area.
