This exquisite Left Bank apartment is superbly located in the 7th Arrondissement’s famous ‘St Germain des Prés’ quartier. This classic two-bedroom, two-bathroom Parisian apartment exudes charm and refined taste with its exquisite furniture and objects d’Art. Situated on the building’s 4th floor French (5th floor American), with an elevator, this gracious apartment offers three sitting rooms, which can adjoin one another, all offering lively views of the bustling rue du Bac and the charming small street, rue Montalembert.
One enters the apartment thru an elegant foyer with three interior doorways. The doorway on the far left opens to a hallway leading to the kitchen and a bathroom. The doorway on the center left in the entry foyer leads to a comfortable sitting room with two elegant sofas and a marble-topped table and chairs next to the window. This room can become a second bedroom as both sofas are, in fact, single day beds (6.6 ft long and 3 ft wide). The sofas can be made-up in advance as 2 twin beds prior to guests arrival. The doorway on the right in the entry foyer leads to a beautifully appointed sitting room. This sitting room further leads to the third sitting room/library with a TV. In addition to a sofa and two armchairs, the library also offers a beautiful large oval table and chairs which can be used as a dining table or a writing desk.
Beyond the library/sitting room is the primary bedroom. The bedroom offers an excellent quality Queen-size bed, a TV, bedside lamps, a clothes closet and dresser. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Situated on the 4th floor the apartment is well removed from typical Parisian street noise.
At the opposite end of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences; including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. There is also ample high quality cookware, dishware and glassware. Off the same hallway is a WC (separate toilet) and a 2nd bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
