Description
This is a Non-Smoking Apartment
This beautiful apartment’s location is absolutely perfect! Situated in the ‘Costello District’ overlooking the wonderful pedestrian street, Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, the apartment sits amidst a charming authentic Venetian neighborhood, with views over the famous Giardini park – yet only a 10 minute walk to the Piazza San Marco.

This charming apartment accommodates two adults and 3 children in a 14th century building overlooking the gardens of the Biennale. The bespoke black kitchen overlooking the terrace has all the appliances needed for cooking and serving at the table. The beams and the staircase are original from the Eopca era, the mezzanine, the dormer window and the terrace are of particular charm and are a welcome relaxing environment after winding strolls and boat rides through Venice.

No expense was spared in the choice of this restored apartment’s materials and finishes. From observing every detail, you can glimpse the care and passion the owners had in choosing the many objects of art and design furniture that adorn the apartment. The large terrace on the main floor, protected from the sun by sail awnings, is certainly the most appreciated feature of this apartment and is the favorite spot for alfresco dining, especially in summer.

From the windows overlooking the Via Giuseppe Garibaldi gardens and the square you can see a typical Venetian canal, the continuation of the canal buried by Napoleon to create the wide Via Garibaldi for access to the city gardens, inspired by the "Champs Elysées". Other things to keep in mind unique to this residence in the Venetian panorama for the attention to all the apartment’s details; including the choice of every piece of furniture and decoration. It is rare to find a such harmonious and balanced combination of an ancient structure together with fine contemporary design elements.

You enter the apartment thru a small entry hall into the open floor plan near the dining area, adjoining kitchen and living room. Doors leads to the outdoor terrace and the alfresco dining area from this main room. The Primary bedroom with a large double bed and the full bathroom are on this same floor. Stairs lead up to the apartment’s spacious mezzanine.

The mezzanine area, with a panoramic view of Garibaldi Square leading to the Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi gardens, is an  important feature of the apartment; especially for children. The mezzanine has a large screen TV, Air Conditioning in summer and a heater in winter and can comfortably accommodate up to three children. Uniquely positioned, the apartment is a beautiful oasis directly overlooking the Via Giuseppe Garibaldi Gardens and the Via Garibaldi Square.

This apartment is perfect for both tourism and business trips. It features fast WiFi and has a large screen cable TV.
