This property is situated on a quiet lane, just a 3 minute walk from Kensington High Street. There are many restaurants within short walking distances, such as The Ivy, Dishoom, Maggie Jones’s Restaurant and Ffiona’s. There are also many coffee shops, tea rooms and café’s within short walking distances. The public transport is excellent as High Street Kensington tube station is a 5 minute walk away and there are many frequent busses.

The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and dining room with a bedroom, utility area, and study area off the sides. There are glorious glass doors in the dining area leading out to the beautiful patio with excellent quality outdoor furniture. Upstairs is the large reception area on the first floor. The master bedroom with en-suite can be found on the second floor and the other bedrooms are on the third floor.

The reception room is the perfect place for families to gather after a long day of exploring London. Natural light fills this space as there are two large windows next to each other. One end of the room has three armchairs and a loveseat surrounding a coffee table and the other end has a comfy L shaped sofa and a smart TV.
