The Apartment
Rue Champfleury is opulence epitomized. Every room from the main salon through the kitchen and including the two full bathrooms, are beautifully designed and decorated with magnificence in mind. The apartment is 1,200 sq ft in size.

The main room is designed to accommodate comfortable relaxation and spacious entertaining alike. From the traditional and historic parquet wood flooring to the lovely molded ceilings, this room is gloriously Parisian. The decor is muted but warm, the furniture is antique and unique and the tone is luxurious. The fireplace adds character to a room already characterized by lavish aesthetic delight. And that coupled with the floor to ceiling windows, a sense of grandiose beauty is achieved.

The Master bedroom is a continuation of this 5 star theme. Here the flooring changes to traditional hardwood, stained a rich and deep wood tone. A fireplace here as well adds to the majestic feel. And the same style of furniture, arranged around a gloriously comfortable king size bed creates a sense of high class relaxation and comfort. This large bed can be seperated into two seperate twin beds. The bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom including a WC (toilet).

The second bedroom is much the same though with a slightly smaller bed. The winning decor is continued here and that combination of comfort, antique and huge beautiful windows, achieves the same lavish feel. There is a second, full bathroom including a WC (toilet) situated nearby.

In the kitchen, you'll find a space fit for a chef or a gourmand. With brand new fixtures and ample counter top area, space is never an issue. The bar along the tiled wall creates a bistro feel, a wonderful spot for your morning croissant and coffee. The dining area off the kitchen is a great space in which to enjoy a high class, French dining experience. Create a memorable dish with truffles bought from La Truffe or charcuterie picked up from the local butcher. And don't forget the cheese course!

The bathrooms are the easiest rooms to find evidence of 5 star luxury. Here, you'll find every creature comfort you could ask for and each of them created with comfort and aesthetic charm in mind.

The District
Located in the celebrated 7th arrondissement, Champfleury is ideally situated for the best of the City of Light. Just around the corner from your front door are the apartment's namesakes, the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. Just to the west is the grand Les Invalides in which you’ll find Napoleon Bonaparte’s tomb. A little further to the west along either side of the Seine are the Louvre and d’Orsay museums in which are collected some of the most priceless pieces of art humanity has to offer. Even the Arc de Triomphe at the end of the luxurious Champs Elysées is within walking distance.

The district is also home to some of the best the city has to offer in terms of eateries and shopping. Located just around the corner is a true hidden charm at Chez l’Ami Jean, a basque restaurant still unknown to the masses and frequented by the city’s gastronomes. On the same street, you’ll come across the establishment of the famed choclatier Michel Chaudun. His chocolate pavés are truly sublime.

Additionally, the Bon Marché and the adjoining Grande Epicerie as well as the numerous local outdoor markets ensure that you’ll be well served to sample the cities epicurean delights.
