This newly renovated apartment is located on the rue du Pré aux Clercs. One of the oldest Paris streets, which is extremely quiet despite being only a very short distance from the church of St Germain des Pres and the fashionable and exciting surrounding area which is the hub of the historic Left Bank, or Latin Quarter of Paris.
On the second floor of a classic building with secure entry and an elevator, the apartment has an entry vestibule opening from the front door into the spacious living room, This is a wonderfully light and elegant room with moulded ceiling and large windows overlooking a beautiful private garden. The furnishing is a mix of classic and designer pieces, wonderfully combined with art and other decor pieces to give a real Parisian style. These include a beautiful cream Italian marble dining table and a huge designer couch with soft cushions.
