This simple one bedroom Left Bank apartment is superbly located in the heart of Paris’ chic St Germain des Pres neighborhood. The apartment is 450 square feet in size and is located on the first floor French (up one easy flight of stairs). The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated to a comfortable standard. All the apartment windows overlook the building’s inner courtyard, protecting the apartment from street noises.

The apartment has a small entry foyer. Entering the apartment, the kitchen is on the left side while the bathroom is on the right side of the hallway. The living room and bedroom are down the hall to the left. The kitchen, with a window over the courtyard is well-equipped with an oven, two electric induction burners a microwave/grill combo, a refrigerator, a washer/dryer combination, an electric tea kettle and Nespresso maker. There are pots & pans and dishes & cutlery for four people.

The pleasant living room has a window overlooking the courtyard, with a handsome sofa which converts to a 110 cm sleep sofa. The bedroom is around the corner from the living room, behind the large built-in wooden library shelves. There are no doors separating the living room from the bedroom but you cannot see the sleeping from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has a vanity sink, mirror and small bath tub with a hand held shower which can be attached overhead. The toilet (WC) is next to the bathroom in an independent small room.

This apartment is wonderfully situated on a bustling and well-loved Parisian street full of restaurants, food shops, boutiques, the famous “Poilane” bakery and roving Raspail market! This location is within easy walking distance of the Seine, the Luxemburg Gardens, Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. Additionally, there are several Metro lines, bus lines and taxi stands nearby to assure easy transportation further afield.
