This terrific Left Bank apartment is located in the 5th arrondissement (the Latin Quarter) on the narrow and quaint, one-way street of rue Maitre Albert. Rue Maitre Albert is a short street just off the River Seine quai and within sight of Notre Dame. The entire Left Bank is easily accessible by foot as are both of the charming islands, Ile de la Cite and Ile St Louis. There is an open market and numerous small specialty food shops within minutes of the apartment's door.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor French (2nd floor American) of a small, charming residential building without an elevator. The apartment is approximately 600 square feet in size and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom.

This apartment has a comfortable living room at the entry level with windows on both sides - one overlooking the narrow, quaint street and others overlooking the quiet, floral inner courtyard. The sofa in the living room opens into a comfortable sleep sofa for 2 people. A few steps lead down to an immaculate, well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, which also overlooks the rue Maitre Albert. Also on this level is a nice, modern bathroom with both a tub and shower. Next to the bathroom is a quiet, private bedroom with a double bed overlooking the inner floral courtyard.
