This charming two-bedroom apartment on rue Rambuteau in the Marais (4th Arrondissement) is fabuously located between the rue du Temple and rue des Archives at the beginning of the rue des Franc-Bourgeois, one of the most exciting shopping streets in Paris. The nearest metro station is Rambuteau by the Pompidou Centre. The Hôtel de Ville and the Seine are also nearby with Notre Dame Cathedral a short walk.

The apartment is on the second floor, with a small modern elevator, in a classic 18th century building. It has five large windows and plenty of light. It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A modern marble bathroom with a full bath tub has an overhead shower plus double sinks and toilet. The apartment has plenty of closet space. Heating is by modern electric radiators.
