This terrific “Garden Apartment” is a very quiet three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment superbly located on the Right Bank in the heart of Paris' historic Marais District on the famous rue des Archives.

This large apartment offers 360 square meters (3, 600 square feet) of living space. This includes 120 sq meters of living space on the ground floor, 120 sq meters of living space on the lower level and 120 sq meters of space in the enclosed outdoor garden terrace. The South Eastern facing garden terrace is surrounded by flowers and has an awning, a hammock, and a large table and chairs accommodating eight people.

This quiet apartment is set back from the street. Guests enter the apartment by first crossing an ancient courtyard. The entry door opens directly into the handsome ground floor living room which overlooks the enclosed garden terrace at the back of the apartment. The comfortable living room is luxuriously furnished with two sofas (from the well known 'Caravane' store) covered with linen cloth. There is a large wooden rectangular coffee table, two armchairs, a fireplace, a high quality stereo system and two sets of traditional large French doors which open onto the garden.

On this ground floor, there is also a large kitchen, an office which doubles as a second bedroom and a full bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has a large wooden table which can seat up to 12 people. There is an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, plus coffee maker, toaster, etc. and dishes for 12 people. The apartment has an electric water filter so all of the apartment's water is purified.

The second bedroom / office has a double sleep sofa (140 cm) for two people. This room has closets, a desk, Wifi internet, a Plasma TV with Cable and a DVD machine. This bedroom / office has French doors overlooking the enclosed garden terrace. Nearby (ensuite) to this room is a bathroom with a washbasin, mirror, bathtub and separate standing shower. There is a WC (separate toilet) next to the bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed from the living room area without passing through the bedroom / office.

Guests enter the apartment's lower level via a handsome wooden staircase with banisters on both sides. This lower level is distinguished by beautiful, light colored antique stone on the walls, wooden floors and vaulted ceilings. This vaulted lower level houses another comfortable sitting room with sofas, armchairs and two bedrooms. This sitting room area has two "Puits de Lumiere" windows - a type of French lighting system which reflects light from the garden down through the windows of the lower level sitting room. The first bedroom has two twin beds, which can be made-up as a large King size bed. Near this bedroom is a brand new, beautiful sleek bathroom with a sink, mirror, toilet and shower.

The elegant master bedroom has a super king size bed. This room is also illuminated by the "Puits de Lumiere" coming from the garden and has a home cinema system. The master bedroom has a wonderful ensuite master bathroom of Moroccan design straight from the pages of "Les Milles et un Nuits" with a large rectangular tub, a separate stall-shower and toilet. There is also a dressing room with ample closets.
