The Apartment
This duplex apartment expands over two floors. The apartment has four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms plus a separate WC with a third toilet. The defining feature of the upper level are the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, which can be seen from the Master bedroom, the living room, and the dining area! The upper level consists of a large sitting / living room with an adjoining dining area featuring a large table for eight people. This living area, with its large sofa and oversized chairs, is the perfect vantage spot for enjoying the magnificent views of the Eiffel tower with family and friends in the comfort of your own apartment. The completely renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and offers plenty of work / counter space. The large kitchen also has an eat-in breakfast nook, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee and croissant. The master bedroom is also situated on this upper level. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The Master bedroom has an ensuite modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, double sinks and heated towel racks. There is a second half-bath on the top floor with a second toilet, sink and mirror.
The downstairs area is equipped with three additional bedrooms, and another large bathroom. The first of the three bedrooms, features a king size bed, a true luxury in Paris! The second downstairs bedroom offers two single beds, that can remain separated or can be pushed together to make a queen/king size bed. The third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds. This third bedroom, which features a large flat screen television, also serves as an entertainment room. There is a beautiful modern bathroom on this floor with a bathtub, toilet, double sinks and heated towel racks.

This apartment is just across the river from the glorious Eiffel Tower, the iconic symbol of Paris. Likewise, the Eiffel Tower's surrounding Champs de Mars Park is a perfect spot for a picnic or an aimless stroll on a nice day. If you feel like having the dinner of a lifetime, make a reservation at the Jules Verne’s restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, a memorable spot for special occasions. Lunch at the Jules Verne is a very good value and you can enjoy the view!
From your neighborhood, you can easily explore Paris' elegant 16th and 8th Arrondissements. Stop and climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe and marvel at the beauty of the Champs Élysées, Paris' most famous street. At the far end, you will see the glorious Place de la Concorde, where Louis the 16th and Marie-Antoinette met their demise during the French Revolution.
Avid shoppers know that Paris is the shopping capital of the world. Stroll along Avenue Montaigne and visit the boutiques of famous designers such as Dior, YSL, Chloe, Lanvin, Tod's, Cartier, Hermès and so on. Alternatively, just stop into a cafe to have an espresso and watch the world go by. Sites such as the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, and Notre Dame are easily accessible from the apartment. Metros, buses, or taxis are convenient, but walking is recommended as the most enjoyable to see this part of Paris.
Just steps from the apartment, at Passy, are the many specialty food shops where one can find the best pastries, chocolates, and other fine goods available only in Paris.
