This very bright and large one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (one floor above the ground floor) and has very easy access and just a few steps up. The apartment has a large living room area with a fully equipped kitchenette (with two electric burners) in one corner of the living room, all living room windows overlooks the San Cassiano Square and the canal below for a lovely, Venetian view. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bath tub.
For parties of more than two, there is an additional sleeper sofabed in the living room area.
