Whenever possible, it is always best to call Panache at 781 383 6006 and speak with us in person about your upcoming stay in Paris.  This is also true for stays in the French countryside, Venice, London and Scotland.

ENQUIRY FORM:

If you cannot call us, please complete the Enquiry Form on our website.  Importantly, we need to know the number of people in your party, the size apartment/property required (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc.) and your required dates.  It is helpful to know whether your dates are flexible or firm.

APARTMENT / PROPERTY AVAILABILITY:

Apartment availability cannot be determined on our website.  However, we can confirm availability over the telephone or via email within a few hours.

PAYMENT:

Payment generally comes to Panache via check.  For clients from the USA, a personal check is fine.  Payment via bank wire or VISA and Mastercard card is accepted.  Payment is generally 50% at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due eight weeks prior to arrival at the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit is required for all property rentals.  It is paid in a separate check at the time of the final payment.  The check is kept in our Boston office, uncashed, and is returned to you within a few weeks of your departing the property.

SERVICES:

Panache is happy to serve as a reference source for your upcoming trip.  We are pleased to answer all questions, above and beyond your property rental.  One month prior to your arrival at the property Panache provides you with a 15 page Apartment Packet containing the important information specific to your property rental (address, telephone number, security codes, name and info of local contact person, etc.).  Additionally, there are pages such as “Tips on Living in a Paris Apartment”, “Some of Our Favorite Things to do in Paris”, restaurant recommendations, etc.  Most apartments and properties also have a helpful House Book dedicated to that specific property and its immediate surrounding neighborhood.
