Panache Terms and Conditions

Rate Information:

Panache has an International Booking & Handling Fee of $100.00 for a party's first reservation made with Panache. This is a onetime cost which is always waived, ad infinitum, for all of repeat guests reserving any of Panache's European properties.

Apartment prices are always quoted in U.S. dollars.


Terms and Conditions

'W' Index Properties

Rate and Currency:

For your convenience apartment prices are always quoted in U.S. dollars. Nightly prices are based on a one-week minimum. There is a discounted monthly price.

Occupancy:

Occupancy is limited to the number agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional tenants may be permitted with specific approval for additional charges.

Complimentary Inclusions:

Initial linen is provided, including sheets and towels. Maid services and change of linen is provided once a week, except on national holidays.

Arrival / Departure Time:

You will be met at the apartment upon your arrival in Paris. Departure time is 12:00 noon.

Reservation & Payment:

Panache has an International Booking & Handling Fee is $100.00. A reservation deposit of approximately 50% will be due Panache at the time of booking. Payment must be received by Panache in the form of a personal check, cashiers check, or money order within 7 working days of receipt of invoice. Credit cards are not accepted. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to occupancy.

Security Deposit:

A Security Deposit is required and will be returned within 2 weeks of departing the apartment.

Pets:

Animals are not allowed except by prior written agreement.

Smoking:

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Extra Charges:

Additional charges for use of a telephone will be required.

Cancellations:

Please contact Panache immediately if you should need to cancel your reservation. Cancellation forfeits approximately 50% of the reservation deposit if you cancel within 60 days of occupancy. All monies paid within 8 weeks are non refundable. It is strongly recommended that trip cancellation insurance be acquired. Panache is happy to recommend an insurance carrier.

Complaints to Panache:

While Panache does everything possible to ensure the highest level of accommodations, unfortunate problems can arise. Any problems must be reported immediately to your local Paris apartment manager so that they may remedy the situation. Panache cannot be responsible for any problems, which go unreported, or which are reported after the stay is complete. While we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs, Panache is not responsible for situations and conditions which are beyond our control such as: bad weather; airline delays; labor strikes; or the failure of a previous guest to vacate the premises.
