Located on the very charming island of Ile St Louis this bright and cheery roof top studio is a super apartment. Situated in the heart of Paris this neat apartment is wonderfully central to all the city has to offer.

This apartment is very quiet as it faces over an inner courtyard and is thus protected from all street noises. The apartment is well laid out and nicely furnished (including a comfortable arm chair not shown in the photos). The ample windows insure lots of natural light. The kitchen is efficiently designed and offers an electric stove top, microwave oven and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate WC. The apartment is approximately 250 square feet in size and is situated on the top floor of a classic, traditional building of good standing on the picturesque 'quai de Bourbon'.

Living on Ile St Louis affords easy access to both the Right & Left Banks. Simply stroll across the wonderful Pont Maris bridge to the famous Marais District or across the Pont de la Tournelle bridge to the Latin Quartier, St Germain des Pres, etc. A nearby outdoor market at Place Maubert and ample specialty food shops make this an ideal residential neighborhood.
