Quiet 4th floor loft without elevator, but a wonderful atmosphere and great location.

Location: Metro Saint Michel, in the hart of the left bank area!

Located just next to the Fountain of Saint Michel, you are in the centre of the left bank! In a street, mostly frequented by pedestrians, the spacious and extremely charming apartment is on the fourth floor of an beautiful ‘hotel particulier’ (the old aristocratic city mansions), with a loft like atmosphere. 17th century exposed beams, white washed walls and the wooden floors, show the charm of a centuries old building, with contemporary comfort and an informal, but exquisite decor.

When entering, a staircase on your left leads up to the mezzanine, where two round windows look into the living room. The space is flooded with light by the roof top window and has a queen size bed. Down again a lovely old door with an etched glass window gives access to the bathroom, which has a separate bath and shower, and leads into a walk-in-dressing. Next to it is the separate WC.

The very large sitting area has a double exposure with three windows on the rue Saint Andre des Arts, and three windows on the court yard. A large comfortable sofa with its Mexican cloth is as inviting, as the dining table that seats 6.
The ‘American’ kitchen is separated from the sitting area by an almost 12 feet long bar, with a marble top, and fully equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, micro wave, fridge with freezer incorporated etc.
In a separate corner is a desk and folding bed that can sleep one. Cable TV, internet, telephone for local/incoming calls are available. No elevator. Linen and towels are provided.
