This totally newly done over apartment is the quintessential of a modern place with old Parisian’s charm.
Located on the 3rd floor walk up of this late 19th century building, the apartment offers an 80sqm² volume of space with lots of light.
One enters into the living room to one’s left & the high tech kitchen is directly to your right.
Straight across there’s the main bedroom with its private bathroom with a contemporary Jacuzzi & sink.
To the left of the main bedroom there’s the second smaller bedroom with a double bed (not shown on the visual yet as its being delivered within a few days).
The glass wall in this bedroom hides a shower on the right & a sink on the left.
The living dining room is a very pleasant harbour of peace.
There’s a large library & a working fireplace.
A dining table awaits you & does welcome 4 guests +.
The living room sofa opens up as a bed for 2 guests.
The apartment is filled with light coming from the many windows around the apartment.
