In one of the most evocative, exquisite & romantic Place of Paris, & right on the western side of "Isle de la Cite" almost touching the
old “Pont Neuf”, is where “Place Dauphine” stands.
Located on the 5th floor “Ile de la Cité” is a unique one of a kind place. Its 4 bay windows overlook the chestnut-trees planted “Place Dauphine”
on which traffic isn’t allowed.
The surrounding old buildings are privately owned by well known “People” “Artists” “Writers” “Movie directors” “Rock Stars” that no one ever see,
but please don’t ask us to be names dropper. The large building to the south is Paris main Courts.
In the XVIIth century “Place Dauphine” was Paris first botanical garden.
It’s just a few minutes away from “Saint Germain des Pres”, & the “Seine River” is located at a few seconds away.
The extremely bright secluded & quiet “Ile de la Cité” flat is situated in an XVIIIth century building & one reaches it via an elevator.
"Isle de la Cite" was totally done over by owners who love old buildings, antiques, & above all excellent craftsmanship. Old, new & contemporary
mix of things makes it a very special place to spend time in Paris
The decor is a tasteful simple mixture of contemporary furniture, French, Oriental antiques & Modern Art.
There is a top of the line brand new sofa bed perfect for an extra couple or children in the living area. The AC system is a life saver on the very
few hot nights that Paris can have in the middle of the summer, rest assured it’s not that often that it’s needed though.
The TV, DVD, CD player, High Speed Internet & a PC are available at all times.
In the south oriented bedroom is a very comfortable Queen Size bed, cabinets to store & hang your private clothing, as well as many lamps & spot lights.
The extremely modern ensuite bathroom offers a shower stall with a glass partition, a top of the line sink a full length mirror a hair dryer & a toilet.
The kitchen is the latest in Italian design &, granted it’s small, but it still offers an oven/microwave, dishwater, refrigerator/freezer enough for a brave
cook needs to prepare a full diner, but being in the world Capital of food nobody cooks while in Paris!!! In case you’re an exception the near by
Rue de Seine market carries exceptional fresh food be it fishes, meats, fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, breads, pastries, wines, you name it.
The all inclusive weekly fee includes linens, towels, blankets, maid service upon your departure. If needed extra cleaning can be ordered.
The phone line is available for incoming & local calls only; we however can provide you with a cell phone with your private number.

“Notre Dame” Church is located at only few minutes walk so is the “Sainte Chapelle”
& the full of life rue de Seine & rue de Buci are at a stone throw from there. The famous Saint Louis en l’Ile is also near by. The “Bateau Mouche”
going around Paris
on the Seine River can be boarded right by the Seine outside "Isle de la Cite".
