A view over the Seine, Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame, it is hardly necessary to insist on the wonderful central location of this apartment. The Boulevards St Michel, St Germain, the Louvre, the Marais, Ile St Louis, the Luxembourg gardens are but a few of the sites within easy walking distance. Prestigious restaurants, boutiques, bistros and cafés, as well as some of Paris’ most reputable art and antique shops are all to be found in this area. If you are looking for something special, this is it ! The street market on the nearby Rue de Seine is memorable.

The studio, some 46m², has recently been entirely renovated to an excellent standard of decoration and comfort. There is a very small elevator big enough for one average size person ! The high ceiling, with fine old beams and tall windows looking directly onto the bouquinistes along the Quai, Notre Dame etc. gives a feeling of spaciousness and light. Double glazing offers protection from traffic noises. Well designed layout makes the best use of space while still affording an element of privacy if more than two tenants.

The living area has a traditional terracotta tile floor, two good double sofa beds, dining furniture. A breakfast bar divider to the well equipped Kitchen area, with modern integrated units, Dishwasher. TV, stereo system. The bedroom area is neatly concealed behind a half-wall. European queen size bed. En suite rather narrow Bathroom with tub, shower attachment, WC. Local line telephone. Electric heating. Initial linen supplied.
