This exquisite apartment is perched on the banks of the Seine on the island of Ile de la Cite; considered to be the true "Epicenter" of Paris. The island is also home to Notre Dame Cathedral, La Conciergerie, the Palais de Justice and Paris' most beautiful stained glass windows at Sainte-Chapelle church. The apartment is in a traditional building facing the Seine, the Right Bank and Paris' stunning city hall, Hotel de Ville, on the opposite bank.

Apartment Descriptions
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. Original beamed ceilings and wooden floors give the apartment warmth and authentic charm. The European owners have furnished the apartment with elegant antique & authentic period furnishings, engravings, art books, etc. The larger sofa in the living room can become a double sleep sofa. The windows in the living room face the Seine while the windows in the bedroom and bathroom overlook a quiet, very small and charming street. The bedroom has 2 twin beds which can also be made up as one large, King size bed. There is private hallway leading from the back of the bedroom to the bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed from the main living area of the apartment. There is a large, corner "American Style" shower in the spacious bathroom. The stylishly sleek galley kitchen is well equipped with a gas stovetop, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and clothes washing machine.
