The stunning newly renovated and refurbished 55m2 one bedroom Elzevir apartment is architect designed and furnished for visitors to Paris who want the best in apartment living and location for their stay. The apartment is located in an elegant building in the heart of the Marais district, the ancient and trendy centre of Paris.

The building has a large and imposing entry lobby with double security system and entry interphone. Access to the apartment on the third (US) floor is by stairs or elevator. The entry is to a semi hallway which leads directly to the spacious main lounge which has a view over the private gardens of the adjoining building.

The lounge is furnished in a mix of contemporary and antique designer pieces and has three distinct functional areas: the sofa bed and seating area, the dining area with table for 4 and a small bureau area. There is a flat screen plasma TV with cable TV, a HiFi CD player and internet connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with four burner hob, full function electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar.

The modern bathroom has a full size tub with shower over, toilet and wash basin. Also there is a clothes washer and drier in the bathroom.

The elegant bedroom has a queen size double bed and plenty of closet space. It is very quiet as it also overlooks the private gardens.

The apartment is equipped to the very highest standard with all the useful and necessary things to make your stay a real pleasure including hair dryer, iron and ironing board, guide books and naturally, a really fully equipped kitchen for people who like to cook!

All sheets, bedding and towels are provided together with a starter supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt pepper etc etc. Pillows are non allergenic.

This is a NO SMOKING apartment.

We provide a weekly maid service for stays of over 10 nights with changes of bed linen and towels. The cost is fully inclusive of all but telephone charges.
