This bright & fresh 1 bedroom duplex apartment is superbly located in the heart of Paris' Left Bank 5th arrondissement. The immediate neighborhood offers 2 wonderful markets; the ongoing street market on the famous rue Mouffetard and the roving market at Place Monge. The 'Jardin des Plantes' (Paris' Botanical Garden and zoo) is very near this apartment as are the Seine and the islands of central Paris.

The apartment is secured by both a "Digi-code" electronic security entry system and an intercom system for guests. Approximately 300 square feet in size, this duplex apartment features an open floor plan on the main floor. The well equipped kitchen includes stove top burners, a traditional oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to the kitchen there is a nice dining area and comfortable living room (with sleep sofa) on the main floor.

The lovely and restful bedroom is situated on the apartment's second floor and has a queen size bed. Also on the second floor is the apartment's bathroom.
