The apartment is located in the red brick building in the court yard, on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The apartment size is 900 sq ft.

On entering one comes into a corridor with the WC and the kitchen on the left. At the turn
(90 degrees) is the shower room (basically shower with a washbasin, so fairly small, though nicely done, like in a boat) and the entrance to the second bedroom that now has two twin beds.. The corridor goes on and you arrive in the spacious living room, with dining area. The living room is very light, pleasant and has a double sofa bed. The dining table seats 4/5 pers. Three windows look out onto the court yard, so light, calm and looking on well maintained 17/18/19 century facades. Then you go into the master bedroom, with a double bed and the entrance to the bathroom with bath/shower (not separated) and wash basin (no toilet). The apartment has one toilet located in a separate WC.

This very light apartment has been tastefully decorated with antiques. The bedrooms are small but comfortable and the living room is very specious. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer.
